guys. i was happily playing on my ele, decided to go on my assassin. i switch over and when im on my assassin i notice i got no cape on, so i press G > im not in a guild ... then i map travelled to see if it was just a bug, and then it said guildwars couldnt complete the opporation or something, and when i log back in and click on my characters. the loading screen starts and then .. nothing... am i being hacked or something? O.O

no i got the same problem here too
tried zoning from eotn to rata sum and i got 040
still having it on other chars too so

hmm, i managed to get back on for a few seconds, told a guildie through "whisper" and he was having no problems :S

Same here went to zone and dc from server now I can't login or if i do i go to zone and get booted again.
Prolly just a temp bug hopefully.

anet does it again!

after being able to load it takes 5 minutes to load my cape
then i get thrown off again
i'm getting pretty tired of anets bullshitservers

look theres loads of other people in the outpost :/ u tellin me this has hapened to 3 people out of god knows howmany?

The same problem here, guild window was empty. When I tried to load in another char, got an error code 13.

Hm, do we have the same problem with the servers than a week ago or so?

Central Europe, by the way, European district.

those people actually had guildtags and some of them even ran around
anet's boycotting us

Yeah i think so. if thats the case i wonder why theres still people running around. picking us off one by one?

I got Error 040 as well on the american and euro servers, can't seem to connect no matter where i try to zone...
My little brother got it as well on HA international server.
Mabye due to the holloween update perhaps?

I was on an American server and my friend wanted to meet me and he was on a Europe -> England one.

I blame him, now I can't get in game. Tried a few times to no avail.
